Next WYD - Madrid?

The WYD rumor mill and Rocco Palmo at Whispers in the Loggia are uttering that the next WYD not only may be in Madrid, but that it could possibly be in 2010. You can read the details here. Of course, the actual announcement won't be made until the conclusion of this WYD.
